This Swedish travel poster from the 1960s announces, “Sweden the Sunny West Coast.” The photograph is of a woman with a red shirt and white shorts sitting in the sun and looking down at a small harbor where a variety of boats are moored. The caption under this picture reads: Smogen, Bohusian. Smogen, a small island on the west coast of Sweden, is a seaside resort which has been a popular summer destination for boaters for many years.
Printed in 1963, this poster was published by the Swedish Tourist Traffic Association. The photograph is credited to Hasonbild.
