SHIPPING

We currently ship only within the Continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska.  After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email for your order.  Our preferred shipper is the United Sates Postal Service, Priority Mail.  We offer fixed rate shipping for unframed items at $18.95 per tube shipped. 

We ship within 24-28 hours of receipt of every order for in-stock items.  USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 2-3 days after shipment for states contiguous to South Carolina and within 3-4 days for all other states.

Damaged  Goods

Although we pack all our products carefully, damage may occur during shipping.  If you receive goods damaged in-transit, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt at 312-315-6001 or by email at [email protected] or [email protected]. Please send us photos of the damaged goods and the damaged packaging.  In order to resolve any shipping problem as quickly as possible, we require that you keep all the packing material and boxes.
