FRANCE LAVENDER FIELDS HAUTE PROVENCE TRAVEL POSTER

This lovely French travel poster from the 1960s features a photograph of four children in the foreground exploring a field of blooming lavender.  In the background are more lavender fields in bloom, as well as a sun-drenched village nestled in the distant hills.  At the top of the poster, below the word "France" are the words: "Haute-Provence /champs de lavande en fleurs / Juillot," which identifies the picture on the poster as a photo of the lavender fields in bloom in July in the Haute Provence area of France.
